offer for the program is considered accepted
upon receiving client written
confirmation by fax or email. |
2- K.T.Travel responsibilities
| |
When K.T.Travel
is undertaking the planning of the tour program
and renders all services to the client under
this agreement, K.T.Travel
shall act as agent only for and on behalf
of the client, therefore K.T.Travel,
its employees and all other parties collaborating
with K.T.Travel shall in
no way be liable for any accident, personal
injury, delay, strike action, loss or damage
to baggage or other personal property, unless
it is caused by intent or negligence of K.T.Travel
or its staff. |
3- Prices

a) Prices quoted
are valid for the respective program based
on details mentioned number of members, rates
for Accommodation/ meals / transportation
– on the executing dates of the offer.
Quoted prices are subject to alteration without
notice.
b) Quoted prices include (unless otherwise
stated):
· Accommodation in first
class / deluxe hotels as offered.
·
Luggage / porter charges at hotels as well
as at airport and or railway station.
· Meals as specified.
·
Transportation by air- conditioned, deluxe
bus.
· Professional guide archaeologist.
· Bus driver.
· Tour coordinator.
· Specified excursions / sightseeing
or other special interest programs
(Transportation, admission fee, guide fee,
etc…)
· Prices are usually
shown in US $, unless otherwise, other currency
is mentioned
c) Prices do not include:
Passport / visa fees, airport tax, customs,
personal accident or luggage insurance, tips.

4- Cancellation and refunds

K.T. Travel reserves the right
to cancel services not fully paid in accordance
with the payment terms, or in case number
of tour members is less than agreed.
· In case this tour program in canceled
partially or totally by either the client
or by K.T.Travel. We will refund all deposits
paid after deducting:
a) All site – inspection costs, which
may have been made or absorbed by K.T. Travel.
b) All out – of pocket payments made
by K.T.Travel for the program preparations.
c) Cancellation fee: 60 – 45 days prior
to arrival 50%
45- to day of arrival 100%
· K.T.
Travel and client reserve the right to cancel
or alter any of the services in the events
of “force majeure” at the places
of the program; such as fire, war civil disturbance,
riot acts, etc…
· In that
case K.T.Travel will try other alterative
arrangements or will refund to client all
deposit paid after deducting costs.
·
No refund can be made for services partially
or entirely unused. |
5) Extras
| |
Any optional / extra service
not mentioned in K.T.Travel offer and requested
during the time of the tour program, will
be invoiced and must be paid prior to execution. |
6) Others / Miscellaneous
| |
The Egyptian law governs this
agreement. In case of any disputes, the Egyptian
courts shall have sole jurisdiction. |
